The developmental camp will utilize the national future stars program to help build a stronger base that will allow athletes to work high level skills with greater technique and artistry!

Final Times:

• Friday, July 12
  • 3:00pm - Athlete Check-In at GAA
  • 3:30pm - 7:30pm - Workout #1
  • 7:30pm - Athletes picked up from GAA for the evening
     
• Saturday, July 13
  • 9:00am - 12:30pm - Workout #2
  • 12:30pm - 2:00pm - Lunch Break (Athletes and their family should plan to go and get lunch on their own) 
  • 2:00pm - 5:30pm - Workout #3
  • 5:30pm - Athlete picked up from GAA for the evening
     
• Sunday, July 14th
  • 9:00am - 12:00pm - Workout #4
  • 12:00pm - End of Camp

What to bring:

Athletes need to come ready for full participation during the camp.  Make sure they bring grips, tape, pre-wrap, water bottles and snacks. Most importantly a positive attitude willing to work hard.
