2024 Region 4 Optional Clinic

The Region 4 Clinic is an opportunity for gymnasts who will be competing Level 8 – 10 during the 2024-2025  season to work with our region's Master Coaching Staff.  In addition, the Region 4 Clinic will serve as another evaluation of the Region 4 Elite Team Members who will be vying for a spot on the Region 4 Elite Team that will be competing at the Elite Team Championship.

Location:  Roswell Gymnastics
                  10495 Woodstock Rd, 

                  Roswell, GA 30075

Cost:    Level 8, 9, & 10 Gymnasts –                        $125 per gymnast (Updated)

Non-assisting or not willing to help the master staff (Simply observing) - $35.00 per coach

Willing to help or assist the master staff and go to the coaches’ education / update - No Charge

 

Tentative Schedule: AGE IS BASED OFF DECEMBER 31, 2025– as per new age group program

GROUP A 

  • Ages 16 – 18 year old

  • Region 4 Elite Team Level 10 members for the 24-25 season

  • Level 10 JN & JE 

  • Level 8 (16+) / Level 9 (ages 16+)

GROUP B 

  • Ages 12 – 15 year olds

  • Region 4 Elite Team members Level 8 and 9 for the 24-25 season

  • Level 8 JN & JE (Ages 12-15)

  • Level 9 JN & JE (Ages 14 - 15)

Sat, Oct. 12th– 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (Workout #1)

Sat, Oct. 12th – 2:00 pm – 6:30 pm (Workout #1)

Sun, Oct. 13th – 8:00 am – 11:30 am (Workout #2)

Sun, Oct. 13th – 12:00 pm – 3:30 pm (Workout #2)

REGION 4 PARENT INFO AND UPDATES

Saturday, October 12

  • Group A Parents - 9:00 am - 11:00 am

  • Group B Parents - 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm

 

Topics will include: Rules Updates and Changes, Region 4 Updates and Happenings, Athlete Mental Wellness

Entry Information

Entry Deadlines (please use the Official Entry Form for the Region 8 Optional Clinic-below)

  • WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 21  - Region 4 Elite Team Members Early Registration Deadline 

    • The Elite Team registration must be received by Wednesday, August 21  to secure your spot in your respective group.  Any entries received after Wednesday, August 21  will be subject to availability.  

  • Friday, September 13th or when cap is reached – Level 8 – 10 gymnasts

  • Friday, September 13th  - No refunds will be given after this date.  Prior to this date, the refund request must have a doctor's note with request.

 *There MUST be at least 1 coach from each club, with gymnasts in each clinic session.

ENTRY PROCEDURE STEPS

  1. Email your clubs entry form using the official Clinic Entry Form to Benji Stern (ncmensgymnastics@gmail.com)
     

  2. Once your entry has been received you will get a confirmation email stating your status of your athletes for the clinic along with payment information. 


All Participants will be sent an online statement of fees for the clinic that must be paid online ONLY within 72 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your spot.
*** Online processing fees of (3.00%+$2.00) per payment will be added to the amount of each invoice.
